During the middle of the Jungle Tour, Fuzion visited Don Pedro's home.
Don Pedro is 102 Yrs. Old! He bought his 128 acres land from a man who wanted to move back to Nicaragua 80 years ago. At the time the Nicaraguan man was selling it for 500 colones ($1 now) but Don Pedro could not afford it back then. So, the Nicaraguan man made a deal with Don Pedro and sold it to him that same year for 100 colones but Don Pedro had to work the next year for 1 year planting fruits and vegetables to be sold and imported. Don Pedro did exactly that the next year and by the end of next year, he was able to pay the Nicaraguan man the other 400 colones.
After Don Pedro paid for the land, he built this house and then realized that there was no one to cook and clean for him so he decided to get married and had 4 daughters. 2 got married and lived in the city of San Jose and the other 2 stayed with him. His daughter's name are Maria Isabel and Leonarda.
