Yoga Fuzion has partnered with the Arenal Springs Resort & Spa to provide an unforgettable experience. Yoga Fuzion’s Costa Rica Yoga Retreat will be lead by Lauren, one of Fuzion’s top instructors. Lauren is honored to lead this retreat and will be teaching classes & workshops on Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Acro Yoga, Ayuveda, Yoga Nidra, & Meditation. Yoga classes and workshops will be held in the Arenal Springs Outdoor Yoga Deck, surrounded by small ponds and gardens. Allow the natural setting to bring you at peace with nature. Mats will be provided, but feel free to bring your own mat as well.
